Midview is one of the prestigious names in the Nigerian aviation industry; capturing major market share in a short span. The airline, with its humble beginning back in 2007 with Hajj operations, now operates domestic flights as well, which were initiated in 2012.
The domestic flights initially were covered with a fleet of three aircrafts, including two 737-400s and one 737-800s, whereas 2 Boeing 737-800s were added later to strengthen the fleet.
Medview has emerged as a major player in the aviation industry from Sub- Saharan Africa, covering major destinations, poised to cover more destinations in the years to come.
Currently, the airline offers flights to major destinations including Trans-Atlantic flights to North America (New York), Middle East (Jeddah, Dubai) and UK (London), whereas talks are underway for inclusion of more routes.
To operate Hajj flights, the airline employs leased airplanes for transportation of pilgrims to and from the home countries.
This aviation giant is poised to go a long way in bridging the demand-supply gap, keeping in view needs of the passengers, in years to come.
